One coat of Road House Blues + base coat från OPI and top coat from FACE Stockholm

OPI:s Road House Blues kommer från deras höst- och vinterkollektion 2011, Touring America, och är ett blankt extremt mörkt blått nagellack som nästan ser svart ut beroende på ljus. Det räcker med ett lager för fint och täckande resultat och lacket höll sig fint i uppåt en vecka med under- och överlack.

OPI:s Road House Blues is from their 2011 fall- and winter collection Touring America and is a really dark blue polish that almost looks black depending on the light. One coat of this polish was enough to get a nice coverage and it stayed on fine for about a week with base - and top coat.

OPI:s French Quarter for Your thoughts  kommer från deras höst- och vinterkollektion 2011, Touring America, och är ett riktigt fint grått lack som jag tycker är riktigt snyggt. Håller sig fint i  uppåt en vecka med under- och överlack.

OPI:s French Quarter for Your thoughts is from their 2011 fall- and winter collection Touring America and is a nice grey color that I really like. Stayed on fine for about a week with base- and top coat.

OPI:s A taupe the space needle kommer från deras höst- och vinterkollektion 2011, Touring America, och är ett brungrått lack som jag inte hade förväntat mig att jag skulle gilla men det gjorde jag. Färgen känns elegant och bilderna gör det inte alls rättvist. Håller sig fint i  uppåt en vecka med under- och överlack.

OPI:s A taupe the space needle is from their 2011 fall- and winter collection Touring America and is a taupe color that I didn't expect to like but when I tried it on I realized that I did like it. The color looks very classy and the pictures doesn't make it justice. Stayed on fine for about a week with base- and top coat.

Det här lacket ser riktigt elegant ut på och bilderna gör det inte riktigt rättvist. Håller sig fint i uppåt en vecka med under- och överlack.

OPI:s I eat mainely lobster kommer från deras höst- och vinterkollektion 2011, Touring America, och är en dämpad korallfärg som passar lika bra på sommaren som på vintern. Älskar den här färgen tyvärr så började den nötas mycket snabbare än andra OPI lack jag testat. Redan dagen efter så hade det börjat nötas bort på toppen av nageln.

OPI:s I eat mainely lobster is from their 2011 fall- and winter collection Touring America and is a muted coral color that works just as well in the summertime as it does in the winter. I love this color but unfortunately this nail polish flake of much easier than other OPI polishes I've tried. The day after I painted the nail with this polish it had already started to flake of on the tip of the nail.

Länge sedan jag bjöd på en dagens outfit så jag trotsade det tråkiga vädret och passade på att ta ett foto i en lite lucka i regnovädret. Gick bra att hämta passet iallafall, betydligt fortare än när vi skulle ansöka om dem. Nu ska jag kika lite på House och ta det lugnt.

It's been a while since I last showed you an outfit picture so I took a photo today when the rain took a little break. It went fine to pick up the new passports and it went a lot faster than it did to apply for them. Now I'm going to take a little break and watch House MD.

Road house blues

OPI:s höst- och vinterkollektion Touring America collection beskrivs som en kollektion som tar fram det klassiska Amerika med en aning skimmer, glöd och glamour. Lacken kommer att finnas i butik från och med mitten av augusti och kostar 150 kr st.

 

Kollektionen består av tolv lack i eleganta färger och namn som för tanken till en road-trip genom USA. Kul att kollektionen även innehåller en del färger som man kanske annars främst kopplar samman med sommar så som korall.

Självklart kommer ni att få se swatches så fort jag hunnit testa lacken. Hojta till om det är något speciellt lack som ni vill att jag testar först.

OPI's fall and winter collection is described as an collection that brings out the classic America with an hint of shimmer, glow and of course glamour. You will find the collection in stores around Sweden from the middle of August.

OPI Touring America collection contains twelve elegant colors and the names let your thoughts wonder to an road-trip around the US. I think it's nice that the collection also contains some colors that are mostly connected to summer, such as corals. 

I will show you swatches of the polishes as soon as I have had a chance to try them. Let me know if there is any particular color that you would like to see first.

Pressvisning OPI Touring America

Igår var jag på pressvisningen av OPI:s höst- och vinterkollektion Touring America som hölls på  TGI Fridays. Temat var Amerika och folket från OPI var härligt 50-tals klädda. Det bjöds på en presentation av kollektionen och man kunde få sina naglar målad. Jag valde färgen I Eat Mainly lobster. Det bjöds även på plockmat och dryck och alla fick med sig en otroligt söt goodiebag hem.

Yesterday I was at the launch of OPI's fall/winter collection Touring America at TGI Fridays. The team of the event was America and the people from OPI was dressed in clothes inspired from the 1950. The collection was presented and you could get your nails painted. I choosed the color I Eat Mainly Lobsters. They served fingerfood and drinks and everyone got a cute goodiebag.
