Daisy Beauty Awards 2016 - Årets lippie

Jag satt som jag nämnt tidigare med i juryn för Årets lippie i Daisy Beauty Awards 2016. Nu är vinnarna presenterade och här nedan ser ni Årets lippie!

Nu när vinnarna av Daisy Beauty Awards 2016 är avslöjade (du kan läsa om alla vinnarna i Daisy Beauty 02+03 som finns ute i butik nu) så kan är det fritt fram för mig att avslöja vad jag jag tyckte om årets finalister. Min favorit var just Urban Decay Matte Revolution lipstick som också blev

 Årets Lippie.

Juryns motivering: "Kyssvänligt matt läppstift med skön känsla. Den revolutionerade hållbarheten, pigmentrikedomen och färgstyrkan föll helt enkelt juryn på läppen!"

Här ovan ser ni fantastiskt vackra Matte After Dark. Älskar den här färgen men ber om ursäkt för den slarviga appliceringen på bilden ovan. Urban Decay Matte Revolution lipstick har skön formula, fin hållbarhet och fantastiskt fin pigmentering. Tja som ni hör så håller jag med motiveringen i den jury jag satt med i. Vad det gäller Matte after dark som ni ser ovan så var den en färg som jag spontant inte skulle ha trott att jag skulle trivas i men efter att jag testat den så skulle jag ärligt talat kunna tänka mig att ha Matte After Dark på läpparna jämnt. Så snyggt!

Om ni undrar varför jag ser ut som jag har ramlat ur The Simpsons på ansiktsbilderna så beror det på ljuset i vårt kök, jag har inte fått gulsot....

Alla fem finalister i år är verkligen bra och jag rekommenderar alla fem. Vinnaren var trots det ett ganska enkelt valt. Att rangordna de andra var däremot inte lika enkelt då ingen av produkterna är dåliga men å andra sidan så om någon av dem hade varit de hade de förstås inte tagit sig till final. Lumene True Passion Lip Colour och IsaDora Twist up Matte Lip har jag inte visat här på bloggen men det kommer.

As I mentioned to you earlier I was one of the juries in the category Lippie of the year in  Daisy Beauty Awards 2016. The winners in all categories have now been presented and above you can see the Lippie of the year!

Now when the winners of Daisy Beauty Awards 2016 have been revealed (you can read all about them in Daisy Beauty 02+03 that can be found in stores now) it's safe for me to reveal my favourit. My favourite happens to be the winner - Urban Decay Matte Revolution lipstick!

What the jury said (very ruffly translated by moi):  "Kiss proof matte lipstick with a nice feeling. The revolutionary hold and the rich pigmentation was just the jury's taste"

Above you can see the amazing colour Matte After Dark. I love the colour but you'll have to excuse the sloppy application. Urban Decay Matte Revolution lipstick has a nice formula, nice hold and  fantastic pigmentation. Well as you can see I totally agree with what the jury I was in thought about the winner.  As to the colour Matte after dark that you can see above I didn't thought I would like the colour on but when I had tried it I can honestly say that I could wear Matte After Dark all the time. It's gorgeous! 

If you wonder why I look like I've fallen right out of The Simpsons on the face photos the it's because of our kitchen light. I haven't gotten the yellows....

All five finalists this year was really good and I would recommend all five of them. Despite that the winner actually was an easy choice. To rank the other four wasn't as easy since non of them was bad. Of course had any of them been bad they wouldn't have made it to the final. I haven't showed you Lumene True Passion Lip Colour and IsaDora Twist up Matte Lip here on the blog yet but don't worry I will.

Dermarome summer sale haul

Beauty club Dermarome hade rea i sin pop-up store tidigare i sommar och jag shoppade loss på massageoljor från Matispa, hudvård från Avène och Priori och makeup från bareMinerals. Ytterligare produkter att testa.

Min åsikt: Jag älskar formulan på bareMinerals Pop of Passion lip Oil-balm i Candy Pop. Den är otroligt trevliga att applicera. Glider på lätt och jämnt och läpparna känns verkligen mjuka och återfuktande. Candy Pop såg väldigt rosa ut men applicerade så ger den en ganska diskret rosa färg till läpparna. Trots att den blir ganska diskret på läpparna så  håller färgen riktigt bra och när den nöts bort så nöts den väldigt jämnt. Jag gillar verkligen bareMinerals Pop of Passion Lip Oil-Balm. Otroligt härlig lippie som ger en fin och ganska diskret färg. 

Slutsats: Jag älskar formulan på denna. Oljan i denna gör att den känns fantastiskt skön på läpparna. Kommer definitivt att köpa några färger när dessa kommer i butik. 

Övrig info: Innehåller jojobaolja och solrosolja som ger lyster och passionsfruktsfröolja med vitamin E som ger återfuktande verkan. Har en formula som smälter på läpparna vid applicering. Lätt till medium täckning. Finns i åtta färger från neutrala till färgstarka nyanser och har en long-lasting effekt.

De åtta nyanserna är Nude Passion, Peach Passion, Pink Passion, Rose Passion, Tangerin Pop, Punch Pop, Candy Pop (ovan) och Plumberry Pop.

About the product: bareMinerals Pop of Passion lip oil-balm is hydrating and gives a hint of color

My opinion: I love the formula of bareMinerals Pop of Passion lip Oil-balm. It glides on the lip and is very nice to apply. It goes on even and makes my lips feel nicely hydrated. Candy Pop looked crazy pink but applied it gives a nice discrete pink shade to the lips.Even though the color is discrete it stays on long and when it wears of it does so very evenly so you don't get streaky lips if you don't re-apply it during the day. I really like bareMinerals Pop of Passion Lip Oil-Balm. A fabulous lippie that feels lovely on and that gives a cute and kind of discrete color to the lips.

Conclusion: I love the formula of this one. The oil in it makes the lips feel nice and hydrated. I will definitely buy this in a couple of colors when it hit stores in Sweden. 

Other info: Contains jojoba oil and sunflower oil that gives shine and passion fruit seed oils with vitamin E that hydrates. Has a formula that melts on the lips when applied. Gives a light to medium tint to the lips. Pop of Passion lip oil-balm comes in eight different shades from neutrals to more colorful ones. Has a long lasting effect. 

They eight shades are  Nude Passion, Peach Passion, Pink Passion, Rose Passion, Tangerin Pop, Punch Pop, Candy Pop (above) and Plumberry Pop.

New products to try from bareMinerals, bliss and Decléor

Förra fredagen bjöd Dermarome in till afternoon tea party för att presentera nyheter från bareMinerals, bliss och Decléor. Det var en mycket trevlig eftermiddag med skönhetsnördande och gott fika. Jag ber om ursäkt för de dåliga bilderna. Jag hade endast min iPhone med mig för jag kom direkt från jobbet och hade inte möjlighet att ta med kamera till jobbet den morgonen då jag skulle hämta tårtor, presenter och blommor till två kollegor som vi skulle fira samma dag. Det blev helt enkelt för mycket att bära för att jag skulle kunna ta med kameran också.

bliss presenterad produkter för sommaren som 'fuzz' off (hårborttagning för bikinielinje), FatGirlSlim arm candy och Hide & glow sleek. bareMinerals pratade foundations och vi fick prova ut deras nyhet Complexion rescue (jag behövde den ljusaste). Vi fick även en presentation av Decléor. Självklart fick vi även med oss lite produkter hem för att testa själva. Jag är extremt nyfiken på bliss fabolous makeup melt gel-to-oil cleanser och bareMinerals Complexion rescue. Än så länge har jag dock endast hunnit testa bliss multi-'face'-eted All-in-one anti-aging clay mask. Mer information om produkterna kommer framöver så håll utkik. 

Last Friday Dermarome had invited me and some other bloggers to an afternoon tea party to present us to some new products from bareMinerals, bliss and Decléor. It was a really nice afternoon with some beauty geeking and nice food. I'm sorry about the quality of the photos but I only had my iPhone with me since I went there directly from work and it was impossible for me to bring my camera to work that day cause I had to go and pick up some cakes, presents and flowers for two colleagues that we where going to celebrate later that day so I had too much to carry already. 

bliss showed us products to prepare for summer like 'fuzz' off (hair removal for the bikini line), FatGirlSlim arm candy and Hide & glow sleek. bareMinerals talked about foundations and we got to try out the new Complexion rescue (I needed the lightest shade). We also got a presentation from Decléor about their products. Of course we also got some products home with us to try. I'm really curious about bliss Makeup melt gel-to-oil cleanser and bareMinerals Complexion rescue. So far I've only tried bliss multi-'face'-eted All-in-one anti-aging clay mask. More info about the products will come so don't forget to keep an eye out for that.
