Luminess Tan

Nu har jag även testat Luminess Tan. Tyvärr var jag sjuk då denna skulle hämtas ut så jag har bara hunnit testa den en gång vilket gör det lite svårt att ge er en ordentlig recension men jag kan iallafall berätta lite om Luminess Tan.

Luminess Tan

Vad: Air-brush tan

Pris: 1695 kr för ett start paket med maskinen och två (medium) tan refiller. Tan refillen kostar 315 kr för två flaskor och det går att välja mellan färgerna medium och deep.

Om produkten: Luminess Tan ska ge en gyllenbrun färg på 30 minuter och hålla i upp till 14 dagar. De två refillerna i färgen medium räcker till upp till 6 helkroppstanningar eller upp till 20 spot tanningar.

Min åsikt: Då man bara fick en färg (medium) var jag lite rädd att det skulle bli alldelens för mörkt för min vinterbleka hy men det blev faktiskt ett väldigt jämnt och naturlig resultat. Tycker kanske ändå att det borde finnas en ljusare ton men man kan påverka färgen lite beroende på hur mycket färg man använder och på vilket avstånd man sprayar så det fungerar ändå. Smidig att använda men det kan kanske vara lite besvärligt att tanna hela kroppen själv. Ett plus för att det här känns nyttigare än att sola solarie eller liknande.

Now I have tried the Luminess Tan too. Unfortunately I was sick when I were supposed to pick this up so I haven't had time to try it more than once which makes it hard to give it a fair review but I will try to tell you a little bit about Luminess Tan anyway. 

Luminess Tan

What: Air-brush tanning system. The start kit contains the air brush machine and two medium colored refill bottles. You can buy kits with refills in medium or deep color and the refill kit contains two bottles of color. 

About the product: Luminess Tan is suppose to give you a golden brown tan in 30 minutes and last for up to 14 days. The two refills should be enough for up to 6 whole body tannings or 20 spot tans. 

My opininon: Since the start kit only contains one color (medium) I was a bit afraid that it wouldn't work on my really fair winter skin but it actually did. The result was natural and even. I still think that maybe it should be possible to buy a lighter color but you can affect the shade of the color depending on how much color you use and the distance from the body that you have when you air brush. Luminess Tan is easy to use but it might be a little hard to do the whole body on yourself. Luminess Tan gets a plus from me because it feels more healthy for your skin than a tanning bed.

Nu tänkte jag äntligen berätta vad jag tycker om Luminess Airbrush cosmetics efter att testat det själv hemma ett tag.

Min åsikt: Airbrush sminket var faktiskt mycket enklare att använda än vad jag trodde det skulle vara. Resultatet blev jämnt och snyggt och höll bra. Av någon anledning så satte dock vårt brandlarm igång då jag använde aribrush systemet. Det här var en riktigt rolig produkt att testa och jag hade gärna haft någon ögonskugga att testa också. Ett minus som jag kan se med den här produkten är att du behöver ha ett eluttag tillgängligt då systemet kräver el och sladden är ganska kort och att det tar lite tid att få den ren efter att man använt den.

Slutsats: Kul produkt som faktiskt ger ett riktigt snyggt resultat. Dock lite för dyr för att jag skulle köpa den själv.

My opinion: The Airbrush cosmetic system was much easier to use than I thought I would be. The result looked nice an natural and it stayed on great. For some reason our fire alarm went on when I used the airbrush system though. This was a really fun product to test and I would have love to try one of the eye shadows as well. The thing that I can think is a bit negative with the system is that you need to have a wall outlet nearby since it's driven by electricity and it have a quite short cable and it took some time to clean the system after you have used it. 

Conclusion: A fun product to try that gives a nice result but a bit to expensive for me.

I got a chance to try this through Spot and Tell.

Luminess Airbrush Cosmetic är en ny produkt på den svenska marknaden och ska hålla i minst 18 timmmar. Luminess produkter sägs användas av kändisar som Tyra Banks, Eva Longoria och Angelina Jolie.

Luminess Airbrush cosmetics starter kit finns i tre nyanaser. Fair för dig med ljus hudton, medium för dig med brun hudton och warm för dig med mörkare hudton. Alla kitten innehåller två olika foundationtoner som går bra att blanda. Fair innehåller F-2 Bloom och F-3 Golden beige (som ni kan se swatchade ovan), Medium innehåller F-3 Golden Beige och F-4 Buff och Warm innehåller färgerna F-5 Fawn och F-6 Sun kissed. 

Starter kitet innehåller även självklart Luminess Airbrush system med applikator penna, en DVD med instruktioner samt en primer, ett rouge, en bronzer och en highlighter. Rouge, bronzer och highlighter kan man tyvärr inte välja färg på utan det enda man väljer är sin foundation färg.

Airbrush kitet går även att komplettera med ögonskuggor som jag just nu hittar på Luminess hemsida i färgerna ögonskugge duo "Camelot", "In the nude", "Ore", "Smokey eye", "Seashell" och "Babyeyes" samt "ögonskugga trio". Sedan finns det även speciellt anpassade makeup produkter att från Luminess Air att avsluta makeupen med och där hittar du puder, concealer och mascara. Självklart går det även att köpa nya foundation, rouge, bronzer m.m. separate då dessa tar slut. 

Priset för ett starter kit Luminess Everyday system ligger på 1895 kr och då ingår makeup till ett värde av 1645 kr.

You can also buy regular makeup from Luminess air to get the complete look. The makeup you can buy is powder, concealer and mascara. And you can of course buy the foundation, rouge, bronzer separate when you run out of those.

Which I of course did and here you can see the result,the makeup artist used bronzer on my eyelids cause she only used products that we will get to try and unfortunatly we don't get the eyeshadows in our kit.

Igår var jag på en spotting med Spot and Tell och Miss Perfection på mysiga restaurang Gotland som bjöd på god mat och dryck under kvällen. Under kvällen fick vi titta på och veta mer om Luminess Airbrush makeup och Luminess Airbrush tan. Man kunde få en makeup lagd med Luminess Airbrush makeup av en makeup artist som var på plats (vilket jag självklart passade på att göra, resultatet ser ni ovan) och tio av oss fick med oss en maskin hem redan igår för att testa och jag var en av dem. Alla som var på spottingen igår kommer att få testa både Airbrush makeup och Airbrush tan hemma under totalt fyra veckor, två veckor per maskin. Så nu ska jag testa Luminess Airbrush under två veckor och berätta för er vad jag tycker.

Yesterday I was at a spotting with Spot and Tell and Miss Perfection at a cozy restaurant called Gotland. The restaurant served some good food and drinks during the evening and we got to look at the Luminess Airbrush makeup and Luminess Airbrush tan systems and learn more about them. You could also get your makeup done with the airbrush makeup by an makeup artist that was there and of course I tried that. You can see the result in the pictures above. Ten of us got a airbrush system to take home yesterday and the others will get theirs later. I got my Airbrush Makeup system yesterday so you will get to know what I think about it during the two weeks periode that I get to have it and try ot out. After the two weeks period I will get the Airbrush tanning system to try.

Kungsörnen Chocolate Dream

Vi blev bortbjudna på middag ikväll så vi passade på att göra Kungsörnens Chocolate Dream cupcakes att ta med oss. Vi har redan testat jordgubbs cupcakes:en och de kan ni läsa om här.

I paketet idag så saknades en cupcakeform men det gjorde inget den här gången men kanske lite tråkigt om man räknat med att de ska bli så många som det står på förpackningen. Den här gången bytte vi ut smöret i frostingen till Philadelphia ost och det blev mycket godare enligt oss.

We got invited to dinner at my husbands brothers house tonight so we decided to bring some cupcakes that we had made from cupcake mix from Kungsörnen.

Via Spot and Tell fick jag möjlighet att testa Kungörnen Cupcakes och i lördags så provade vi baka Strawberry Suprise.

Min åsikt om Kungsörnen Cupcakes: Det gick väldigt enkelt och snabbt (20 min i ugnen) att baka dessa och allt finns med i paketet utom vatten och lite smör. Cupcakesen blev faktiskt riktigt goda! Frostingen är god i små mängder men annars är den alldelens för söt för min smak samtidigt som jag gärna hade önskat att man fått med pulver så det räckt till mer frosting för Cupcakesen blir finast med lite mer frosting på och frostingen i paketet räcker inte till att dekorera alla tio cupcakes så som de ser ut på paketet tyvärr.

Strösslet i form av färgglada kulor är de som följer med i paketet. De andra strösslet är mitt eget. Strösselkulorna är faktiskt riktigt fina och de är inte så hårda som jag var rädd att de skulle vara (tänk silverkulorna man kan köpa) så man behöver inte köpa något extra för att dekorera cupcakesen om man inte vill det.

Det är mycket möjligt att jag kommer köpa den här mixen någon fler gång då Cupcakesen faktiskt blev riktigt goda och det gick väldigt snabbt och enkelt att baka dem. Men jag funderar i såfall på att testa blanda frostingpulvret med färskost istället för med smör som det står på paketet då jag inte är något jättefan av smörkräm och tyckte att frostingen blev alldelens för söt även om den var rätt god i små mängder, smakade som fyllningen i sådan här kex/wafers som man fick när man var liten.

Now I've tried the Cupcake mix from Kungsörnen that I got to try for free as a member of Spot and Tell that lets you try stuff against that you write about them in social medias. I actually liked this cupcake mix. The cupcakes was yummy and it was fast and easy to bake them. I do wish that there had been some more frosting mix so that you could get the result that you see on the box. Now there isn't enough frosting to get all ten cupcakes to look as on the box. Personally I also think that the frosting is a bit too sweet but other than that these cupcakes is really nice. I actually might just buy this mix again.

Burt's Bees lanseras i Sverige

Igår var jag på en spotting med Burt's Bees och Spot and Tell där jag fick testa Burt's Bees produkter som nu äntligen lanseras i Sverige. Först så fick vi en genomgång av märket och dess historia och sedan fick vi gå runt och titta på och testa produkterna och det bjöds på förfriskningar och tilltugg. När vi gick hem så fick vi med oss en goodiebag med lite produkter från sortimentet som jag ser fram emot att testa. Cocosnöts fotkrämen har jag faktiskt testat redan innan och den gillar jag verkligen (min man däremot avskyr lukten av den).

Yesterday I were at a spotting with Burt's Bees and Spot and Tell were I got to test Burt's Bees products that will be introduced on the Swedish market this spring. First we got a presentation about the brand and their history and then we got to try the products for ourself and when we left we all got a goodiebag to take home. I'm really looking forward to try the products a little bit more. The Coconut feetcream I've actually tried before and think it's really great (unfortunatley my husband hate the smell of that one).
